Consultus Digital is a growing marketing agency that focuses on generating new sales and leads for our clients. We do this through specializing in Web Design & Development, Content Marketing, SEO, Google Local, Review Acquisition, Google Ads, Display, and much more. Abilities & Skills
  • Has a working knowledge of G Suite, Google Ads,  Google Analytics, Display Advertising, and YouTube Advertising.
  • Superior written and verbal communication
  • Presents well to clients and communicates effectively with teammates
  • At least 2 years of Google Ads experience managing more than one account
  • At least 1 year of Google Analytics
  • Experience managing more than one account at a time
  • Experience in creative ad copy writing

Key Responsibilities

The ebbs and flows of work at an agency may require you to pitch in on a variety of projects in different ways. The right candidate will embrace the diversity of this environment, and view it as an opportunity to learn and try new things.
  • Understand the business of the accounts you manager
  • Implement Campaign Setups (from keyword selection to goal settings - the whole thing)
  • Audit Existing Setups
  • Communicate with the Account management team for optimization and reporting
  • Communicate with SEO team for keyword research / targeting
  • Communicate with design departments for enhancing quality score and conversion rates.
  • On-going optimization of client accounts (constant attention with structured approach to making changes)
  • Budget management
  • Attend client meetings when asked to by the account manager
  • Create and highlight strategic recommendations
  • Stay on top of industry trends
  • Own the relationship we have with Google
  • Implementation of new betas through our partners accelerator program

  • College or University Graduate
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Google Analytics Certification (you can work on this during the interview process)
  • Excellent grammar and email etiquette
  • Excellent research and data assimilation

Progressive Compensation

  • $50,000-$55,000 Starting Annual Salary
  • A thriving team member has the opportunity to see growth in their responsibilities, and the potential for salary increases pending an annual review.
  • We would like our team members to have a defined career path to grow internally with incentives for professional growth.
  • An additional $1,000 / year that can be put towards industry/work related education.
  • All staff members have the ability to work from home for 1 day each week.
  • Parking pass will be provided to the successful candidate, and/or a TTC transit pass.
